Getting ready for your pilot medical exam? Here’s what to bring:
- FAA MedExpress Confirmation Number
Complete the form at medxpress.faa.gov/MedXpress/Disclaimer.aspx before your visit. - Government-Issued ID
A valid driver’s license or passport. - Glasses or Contacts
If you wear them, bring them with you. - Urine Sample
You’ll be asked to provide one during your appointment. - First-Time Exam?
A color vision test is required. (Additional fee may apply.)
